BR British Railways Coach Roundels - 42 left facing, 14 right facing (the latter not generally used) roundel crests for maroon and brown/cream coaches and green multiple units. Also for 'Western' (Class 52) diesel hydraulic locos. Introduced in 1956 at the time of the changeover on locomotives from 'Cycling Lion' to 'Ferret & Dartboard', the crest was positioned centrally on coaching stock, below the waistline. 5.3mm diameter.
